The practical way to budget wedding transportation is to separate the couple's arrival from guest movement, then assign each vehicle the hours it actually needs. Consider the Suburban for smaller guest movements. Seat capacity does not guarantee space for dresses, bags, strollers, or equipment; describe those needs before choosing.
There is no two-hour Cullinan booking in this hourly calculation: its three-hour minimum is $1,185 before optional extras. The published fleet includes one Executive Sprinter, not two vans available for concurrent departures.
Calculate three-, four-, and five-hour windows
Multiply the standard hourly rate by the planned continuous duration. The examples below are base arithmetic, not discounted packages or confirmed bookings.

Two illustrative budget combinations
An Escalade reserved for four hours has a $500 base amount. A Sprinter reserved for a separate four-hour guest window has a $700 base amount. The combined arithmetic is $1,200 before optional extras, subject to both vehicles being available and the itinerary fitting those hours.
A three-hour Cullinan window calculates to $1,185, while a five-hour Sprinter window calculates to $875. Together they are $2,060 before optional extras. This is a budgeting example, not a real wedding, package price, or guarantee of simultaneous availability.
Build the hours from the timeline
Work backward from when guests must be seated, allowing for gathering, boarding, travel, unloading, and walking to the entrance. Use full hotel and venue addresses plus the intended loading points.
A vehicle booked continuously from the hotel departure through the reception return is reserved during the gap as well as the driving. A three-hour morning booking does not include a late-night return. If you want separated windows, request a written plan rather than assuming the same vehicle or chauffeur remains available between them.
Tell Dispatch about the final return, any early departures, and a pickup after midnight that falls on a new calendar date. Extra stops, delays, or extensions need confirmation under the actual arrangement; published rates do not establish free waiting or an unlimited schedule.
Do not budget shuttle capacity from attendance alone
Count the people who need each trip, not everyone invited. A twelve-passenger Sprinter cannot collect twelve guests at one hotel while also leaving another hotel with a second group.
Repeated runs may be possible only if travel, boarding, and the event deadline allow them. Have Dispatch review the loop before distributing a timetable. For a smaller group, compare an SUV's capacity and duration with the Sprinter rather than assuming the van is always needed. For any vehicle, confirm luggage and boarding requirements separately.
Review the quote beyond the hourly amount
Before approving the budget, confirm:
- The vehicle, passenger configuration, date, and reserved hours.
- Full pickup, stop, and final drop-off addresses.
- Which optional extras or special arrangements are selected.
- Payment schedule and agreement terms.
- How changes, late finishes, or extra stops should be requested.
- Whether decorations or any essential amenity are approved.
Do not assume free decorations, a backup vehicle, a package discount, or a particular driver assignment unless confirmed. Compare quotes for the same scope, not unrelated packages.
