Choose hourly service or a one-way transfer

An hourly reservation works well when you need several stops and want to plan the vehicle's time around your appointments. A one-way airport transfer is a different product: enter the pickup and destination addresses for an address-based fare rather than reserving an hourly block you do not need.

Do not treat a booked duration as unlimited waiting or an open-ended itinerary. Include the time spent at appointments when requesting your hours, and ask Dispatch to confirm any extension, extra stop, or revised pickup before relying on it.

Pick the vehicle by passengers, bags, and occasion

The Suburban is the seven-passenger SUV option for a family or work group. The six-passenger Escalade is another chauffeured SUV choice for business travel and special evenings. The Cullinan is a four-passenger chauffeured option for an arrival, wedding, or milestone occasion.

Passenger capacity is not a luggage guarantee. A vehicle with seven seats may not be the right fit for seven people with large suitcases, strollers, or presentation equipment. Tell Dispatch what needs to travel as well as how many people are riding. Count children in the passenger total and request any child-seat or boarding assistance you need before finalizing the booking.

The amounts above are the standard vehicle-rate calculation before optional extras. Review the actual quote, selected extras, payment schedule, and agreement for your dates before paying. A custom event, longer schedule, or multiple-vehicle arrangement needs its own written quote; do not assume a published hourly rate establishes a discounted package.
