Compare the three airport vehicle options

These are passenger limits, not promises that the same number of large suitcases will fit. Count children in the group total and tell Dispatch about checked cases, carry-ons, strollers, mobility equipment, golf bags, or other oversized items. Provide dimensions for bulky equipment and request confirmation of the proposed load before booking.

One-way IAH, Hobby, and private-airport fares

The Suburban and Escalade use the SUV flat-rate tier. The Sprinter has its own group-transfer tier.

The inner zone means the city-side address is within an 18-mile radius of central Houston, measured by its map location rather than road mileage. Enter the exact destination to determine the applicable zone; a neighborhood name alone is not enough. The online quote requires a selected pickup pin and drop-off pin, and routes with either endpoint more than 100 miles from central Houston need a custom Dispatch quote.

These fares cover one direction. The transfer quote includes 30 minutes of wait time, fuel, and tolls. Confirm when the wait allowance starts, the meeting arrangement, and the terms for additional waiting with Dispatch. An included allowance does not mean unlimited waiting or automatic rescheduling after a flight change. Review optional extras and the final payment schedule shown in your quote before paying.

Arrival pickup: agree on the meeting point

For an arriving flight, provide the airport, airline, flight number, arrival date, and terminal if known. Add a mobile number for someone traveling with the party. International arrivals, checked baggage, and travelers arriving on different flights can change when everyone is ready to leave, so explain those details in the request.

Contact Dispatch if the flight or arrival plan changes. Do not assume that changing flight information automatically changes the pickup time or extends the wait allowance. Confirm the agreed meeting location and contact method before travel, then follow the pickup instructions for your reservation.

The general airport service offers an optional $25 baggage-claim meet-and-greet, with a name sign. It is not a promise to meet at the aircraft gate or enter a secure area. Select the add-on if needed and confirm the meeting details, particularly if travelers will emerge through different terminals or exits.

Departure pickup: start with the flight's requirements

Give Dispatch your departure flight and the full pickup address, including the hotel entrance, building, or other loading detail that helps identify the location. Work backward from your airline's check-in and bag-drop requirements to propose the pickup time. Allow for boarding, loading bags, traffic, and terminal access rather than relying on a single generic journey-time estimate.

Have the group and luggage ready at the agreed pickup point. If passengers need collection from several addresses, request a revised itinerary and price instead of assuming the one-way fare includes those stops. An airport journey combined with meetings, a meal, or an extended stop may be better handled as hourly chauffeur service.

Extras and details worth settling before travel

The booking catalog offers a $15 child / booster-seat add-on. Tell Dispatch the child's needs and the number and type of seats required so the arrangement can be confirmed. A passenger-count selection alone does not communicate child-seat requirements.

For a family booking, submit the total travelers and a separate bag inventory. For an assistant arranging business travel, identify both the booking contact and the traveler who should receive pickup instructions. For several flights, list each arrival rather than using the first flight's time for the whole group.

For example, an IAH inner-zone SUV transfer has a $95 base fare. Selecting the $25 meet-and-greet and one $15 child-seat add-on gives $135 before any other agreed changes. This illustrates the published options, not a confirmed reservation or a guarantee of vehicle or seat availability for your date.

Private aviation and onward connections

Provide the FBO name, its actual pickup address, flight timing, passenger count, and luggage details for private aviation. An airport name alone can point to the wrong entrance. Dispatch and the FBO need to confirm the permitted meeting point; do not assume planeside access.
