What is concert & game-day transport?
Concert and sporting-event transportation is a chauffeured trip planned around an event’s arrival and return schedule. Houston Luxe Auto offers a 12-passenger Executive Sprinter, six-passenger Escalade and seven-passenger Suburban for hourly bookings. The service does not include event tickets, guaranteed venue parking, VIP access or an unlimited post-event wait.

A concert or game-day ride needs a return plan
The event arrival is only one part of the trip. After a concert or game, crowds, traffic instructions and passenger-loading restrictions can change where a group can meet its chauffeur. Decide on the expected departure time, trip-leader contact and a workable rendezvous before the event begins.
Houston Luxe Auto offers the chauffeured Executive Sprinter for up to 12 passengers, Cadillac Escalade for up to six and Chevrolet Suburban for up to seven. Standard hourly service starts at $110 for the Suburban with a two-hour minimum, or $175 for the Sprinter with a three-hour minimum.

Send the event details, not just the venue name
Include the event date, venue address, doors or entry time, expected finish and your preferred return destination. If the group wants dinner first, or passengers need collection at several homes, list those stops in order. Your travel and boarding allowance should be part of the booking duration.
| Planning point | Detail to confirm |
|---|---|
| Group pickup | Full addresses, passenger count and the ready-to-leave time |
| Pre-event stops | Restaurant address, reservation time and expected departure |
| Venue arrival | Current passenger-loading instructions and walking allowance |
| Event finish | Expected end time plus a sensible allowance for an encore or overtime |
| Return rendezvous | Agreed meeting point, reachable trip leader and final destinations |
| After-midnight travel | The correct date and expected arrival time at the last drop-off |
Pickups spread across Katy, Sugar Land, Downtown Houston or The Woodlands need different travel allowances. Ask dispatch to review the full route before arranging a short sequence of departures or advertising a firm return time to the group.
Choose the vehicle around your group
| Vehicle | Maximum passengers | Hourly rate and minimum |
|---|---|---|
| Executive Sprinter | 12 | $175/hour, three-hour minimum |
| Cadillac Escalade | 6 | $125/hour, two-hour minimum |
| Chevrolet Suburban | 7 | $110/hour, two-hour minimum |
Count every passenger, including children. Tell dispatch about bags, equipment and any boarding needs. An event group larger than 12 cannot travel together in one Sprinter. Additional transport requires separate availability confirmation and a written plan.
The Sprinter’s listed cabin features include reclining captain’s chairs, mood lighting, a flat-screen TV, premium audio and a wet bar. Review the fleet page and confirm any essential amenity. Drinks, decorations and supplies are not automatically part of the hourly fare; ask about the current rules and available extras for your group.
Book a continuous window or request split service
An online hourly booking reserves the selected vehicle for the continuous duration you enter. If you need arrival, the event interval and a return journey under the same reservation, include the entire window. The time spent inside the venue does not automatically stop the hourly booking clock.
For example, five Sprinter hours are $875 and six hours are $1,050, before optional extras. Five Suburban hours are $550, and five Escalade hours are $625, before optional extras. These are standard hourly calculations, not event packages and not proof that your particular route fits five hours.
If you prefer separate arrival and return pickups, ask dispatch for a written split-service quote. The return vehicle, pickup time and any price difference should be confirmed before you rely on that arrangement. A booking ending before the event finishes does not itself reserve an unbooked late-night pickup.
Confirm the return meeting point and extension rules
Venue parking, entrance access, event tickets and VIP privileges are not included or guaranteed by a transportation booking. Current venue staff directions and street restrictions determine where vehicles may load passengers. Ask dispatch to review the permitted location, and make sure the trip leader can reach the chauffeur or dispatch if instructions change.
Give the group a clear reassembly plan. Guests may need time to exit, walk to the approved meeting point and board. If the concert runs late or a game goes into overtime, contact dispatch before the booked window ends. An extension depends on vehicle availability and confirmed pricing; the hourly rate is not an unlimited waiting arrangement.
Add the trip to your event plan
Get your concert or sporting-event quote, enter the full date, duration and passenger count, then add the event and return details to the reservation notes. Review the route and quoted window before proceeding to the agreement and payment.
