Corporate Transportation in Houston
Plan chauffeured executive arrivals, meetings, roadshows and offsite travel in the Executive Sprinter, Escalade or Suburban. Share each departure, passenger count and appointment time. Standard single-vehicle trips use hourly rates; complex schedules and multiple vehicles need a written dispatch quote and availability confirmation.
What is corporate transportation?
Corporate transportation in Houston is reserved chauffeured travel for meetings, conferences, roadshows and business events. Houston Luxe Auto offers a 12-passenger Executive Sprinter, six-passenger Escalade and seven-passenger Suburban. Choose a vehicle by group size, luggage and itinerary; send boarding times and loading entrances to Dispatch. Multiple vehicles and complex shuttle schedules require separate availability confirmation and a written quote.

Corporate transportation for Houston teams, guests, and event planners
Plan executive pickups, meeting-day transportation, or an event movement schedule with chauffeured vehicles that fit each leg. A small delegation arriving at IAH may need one SUV; a conference group moving between a hotel and venue may need a Sprinter itinerary or a separately quoted combination of vehicles. Start with the actual passenger movements so Dispatch can assess capacity, timing, and availability.
This page is the mixed-fleet planning hub for corporate transportation. If the plan centers on one twelve-passenger vehicle and repeated conference or hotel trips, see the focused corporate Sprinter shuttle page. If you need one vehicle for a series of stops, start with hourly Houston car service or a Sprinter charter.
Request a corporate transportation quote, or send Dispatch a detailed event schedule for a custom written quote.
Match each movement to a vehicle
| Bookable chauffeured vehicle | Maximum passengers per trip | Standard hourly rate | Minimum hourly booking |
|---|---|---|---|
| Chevrolet Suburban | 7 | $110 | 2 hours |
| Cadillac Escalade | 6 | $125 | 2 hours |
| Mercedes-Benz Executive Sprinter | 12 | $175 | 3 hours |
These are individual vehicle capacities and standard rates, not a promise of a particular fleet quantity for your event. Luggage, equipment, loading requirements, and the highest headcount on each leg must be reviewed separately. An additional vehicle requires its own availability confirmation; a fifty-person event is not one twelve-seat Sprinter trip.
For a single airport-to-hotel journey, the airport transfer service provides an address-based one-way quote. For a group using the Sprinter, the Sprinter airport-transfer page explains flight, luggage, and meeting information. Do not substitute an hourly estimate for the transfer fare shown for the actual addresses.
Give Dispatch a movement schedule, not just an attendance count
A conference's total attendance is different from the number of people who must leave a hotel at 8:00 a.m. A useful request lists every journey, including direction, departure time, passengers, luggage, and the entrance where boarding can occur.
| Field | Example of the information to provide |
|---|---|
| Date and local time | The calendar date and Houston pickup time for each leg |
| Origin and destination | Full addresses plus the hotel or venue loading entrance |
| Passenger count | Highest headcount riding together on that journey |
| Bags or equipment | Suitcases, presentation cases, exhibit materials, or bulky items |
| Fixed deadline | Meeting start, flight check-in target, or event doors |
| Return movement | When and where passengers will reassemble |
| Trip lead | One person who can confirm readiness and itinerary changes |
| Quote contact | The person authorized to review the scope, price, and agreement |
If attendees arrive on different flights, group the arrivals by airport and intended departure time. If everyone must reach one session together, state that constraint clearly rather than assuming repeated shuttle trips will meet it. Dispatch needs the route and timing to determine whether a proposed loop is workable.
Houston meeting districts and event logistics
For Downtown hotels and convention visits, confirm the venue's current passenger-loading entrance with your organizer. For Galleria / Uptown, include the office or hotel entrance rather than only the complex name. A route connecting Downtown, Memorial, Katy, or The Woodlands needs a travel allowance based on the actual itinerary.
Leave time for boarding, collecting bags, and walking from the drop-off to the appointment. Do not plan a return pickup at the exact moment a session is scheduled to end if attendees must first collect belongings or leave a large venue. Your event organizer should confirm where passengers can wait and how the trip lead will identify the group.
Illustrative mixed-fleet request
This example explains how to scope a quote; it is not a real client engagement or a guarantee of availability.
- Six attendees need an Escalade from a hotel to a morning meeting.
- Twelve other attendees need a Sprinter for a separate meeting-day itinerary.
- The planner supplies the two routes, each group's luggage, and the final drop-offs.
- Dispatch reviews both vehicles' availability and the hours required before confirming a combined arrangement.
At the standard rates, a two-hour Escalade block has a $250 base vehicle amount, and a three-hour Sprinter block has a $525 base vehicle amount. The arithmetic is $775 before optional extras, but that calculation alone does not confirm an event package, vehicle availability, or adequate duration. A longer itinerary or additional trip needs its own scope and price.
What to confirm before approving the event plan
Review the written quote and agreement for the vehicles, dates, hours or transfer legs, meeting arrangements, selected extras, payment schedule, and how changes will be handled. Ask about any requirement essential to the event instead of assuming a published service description includes it.
For a multiple-vehicle request, confirm how each vehicle's journey is represented and who will notify Dispatch if a meeting runs late or a flight changes. Do not assume an online quote for one vehicle reserves several vehicles, creates corporate credit terms, or includes a dedicated tracking dashboard.
For guest transportation outside a business program, the wedding guest shuttle page covers ceremony and reception loops, while concert and sporting-event transportation focuses on venue pickup and a planned return. Use those itinerary-specific pages when they better match your event.
Start your corporate transportation request
For one vehicle, start the corporate booking form and choose the vehicle, date, hours, and passenger count. For a larger program, contact Dispatch with the movement schedule and request written confirmation of the complete arrangement before telling attendees it is booked.
