Plan seats and luggage separately
A 12-seat Sprinter may help a group travel in one vehicle, but passenger capacity does not establish capacity for twelve large suitcases. Share an inventory before finalizing a transfer, especially when every seat will be occupied.

The online quote uses the selected pickup and drop-off locations to determine the zone. Inner Houston is within 18 miles of central Houston and includes areas such as Downtown and the Galleria. Enter the actual addresses and select the matching suggestions or map locations to see your route's fare.
These are one-way base fares. The transfer quote includes 30 minutes of wait time, fuel and tolls. Confirm when the wait allowance begins, the meeting arrangement and any selected extras before booking. Contact Dispatch about extended waits, changes, or additional stops. A hotel stop followed by meetings throughout the day may be better suited to a corporate Sprinter itinerary.
Arrival pickup: flight, terminal, and group readiness
Add the flight number and arrival date to your trip details, along with a contact who can communicate for the group. For several flights, provide each arrival time and ask Dispatch to review the pickup plan. Separate arrivals may need separate transfers or an agreed waiting arrangement.
Share terminal information when available, and confirm where the group should meet the chauffeur. Baggage collection, immigration, airport access, and flight changes can affect when everyone is ready. Contact Dispatch when those details change; do not assume that a flight update has automatically changed your booking or extended its wait allowance.
Illustrative arrival request
For example, an organizer could request: eight passengers on one IAH arrival, six checked cases, two carry-ons, and a Downtown hotel drop-off, with the flight number, arrival date, hotel address, and group contact supplied separately.
That is an example of the information to provide, not a verified luggage load or a completed customer trip. Dispatch still needs to confirm vehicle fit, availability, pickup arrangements, and fare for the actual request. Keep the group together at the agreed meeting point when ready to depart.
Departure pickup: work backward from your flight
Use your airline's check-in and bag-drop requirements to choose a terminal arrival target. Then allow for the drive, group boarding, and loading luggage when proposing your pickup time.
