The grand-arrival car: Rolls-Royce Cullinan
The grand entrance is the photograph everyone remembers, and the badge most associated with it is Rolls-Royce. The Rolls-Royce we own and chauffeur is the Cullinan, and for a Houston wedding it's the one we'd put you in.

If you want to arrive as a matched pair, we run both Cybertrucks (black and pearl white) together. Sprinter shuttles — the underappreciated MVP
Every wedding with more than 40 guests needs a guest shuttle. Houston traffic, parking shortages at venues, and unfamiliar guests trying to find addresses make shuttle service less of a luxury and more of a guest-experience necessity.

Timeline coordination — the part that actually matters
The vehicle is the easy part. The hard part is hitting the timeline.
Two weeks before the wedding, your Houston Luxe Auto wedding coordinator will walk through:
- Hotel, ceremony, photo stops, reception, afterparty addresses
- Family photograph drive-back windows
- Bridal-party pickup order (parents first or wedding party first matters)
- Photo-stop venues (downtown skyline, Hermann Park, Buffalo Bayou, the Heights bungalows)
- Contingency for rain (covered photo locations)
Day-of, our dispatch monitors Houston traffic in real time and feeds your planner ETA updates at each segment.
How far in advance should you book?
Peak Houston wedding season is April–June and October–November. Cullinan and Sprinter availability tightens 6–9 months out for Saturdays in those windows. A 25% refundable deposit holds the date on our calendar; you can swap vehicles up to 14 days before without penalty.
What's not included (and how to add it)
- Floral arrangements beyond standard ribbon décor — coordinate with your florist; we'll meet them at the vehicle the morning of
- Champagne or specialty drinks in the cabin — $35 add-on, includes Veuve Clicquot Yellow Label + flutes
- Vehicle wraps or custom monograms — special order, 4–6 week lead time
- Backup vehicle on standby — for weddings where the primary car absolutely cannot fail, we'll stage a standby Cadillac Escalade at the venue. $500 standby fee.
